United Storage was founded in 1992 by Bill Duthie, owner of Duthie Painting Co. Originally purchasing a 3,000 square foot former United Parcel Service (UPS) terminal for his business.
We've now expanded to 15 buildings at the Ridge Road location in Lansing, NY (totaling 76,000 square feet) with a second location, on location on Verizon Lane that has four additional storage buildings. We've been the go-to storage space for many customers over the past 18 years, including members of the community, businesses, students from Ithaca and Cornell University and many more.
