United Storage has a wide variety of storage units available; their staff members are extremely friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated the time they took to assist me in selecting the best unit for me individual needs. I am a single woman and was able to move most of my items into the smaller unit by myself; however, I couldn’t move my dryer or tv stand and the owner Bill, was more than happy to assist me. I am very grateful for the service provided and the way grounds are taken care of-snow is removed in front of all units making it easy to access personal belongings year round. The staff did everything they could to assure that I had just the right amount of space, for the right price, it was perfect! We had hundreds of boxes, appliances, furniture, household items and cars that required several spaces for storage. I was in communication with Kimberly, at the office, for several weeks by email and phone, before the move. She kept me informed about weather conditions and worked with me to assure any easy transition. Everyone treated me like family, so rare in our fast paced world.
